Our bowls and centrepieces are available to arrive at your door in only 2-4 days (UK).

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, many are made to order. Therefore whilst we aim to deliver orders within 2 weeks, the standard and most likely delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks and normally no more than 6 weeks. If your order takes more than 4 weeks to arrive, please get in touch with us at orders@glassofmurano.co.uk 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase of course.

Product variation:

Because many of our products are handmade to order, there may be slight variations in colour, size, and the physicalities such as shape, curves, tips, or textures.

Our glass masters are highly skilled and hold a lot of expertise so these variations are kept to a minimum but of course, we hope that you understand with handcrafted items, there may be some slight variations from product photos. 

This makes every artwork unique to you, no two Murano glass pieces are the same.  

We beleive that you will fall in love with your artwork at first sight, therefore we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our products providing they are returned in the original packaging and with their corresponding Vetro Artistico anti counterfeiting sticker that will arrive attached to the item.

The shipping/postage is insured so in the event that your item is damaged in the post we will be happy to either refund or exchange your item for a new, pristine piece.

We use only trusted payment portal providers: Paypal and Shopify, you are able to choose which option you prefer at the checkout. If you don't select Paypal, the default option is Shopify portal.
